The large database is up-datable with Trade Service – “Data Select".  Subscribe to Trade Service and your price is always current.  (Please note that the system is shipped without the database being updated.  To update to current you will need to subscribe to Trade Service Data Select)

What you see is what you get.  With traditional systems, you may get confused as to exactly where items ended up, or even which items have been entered.  With our system there is no question, you are always working with the estimate in its completed form.

With traditional estimating systems, you almost always need to start estimates from scratch.  With our system you can use the included estimate template, make new estimate templates to suit your needs, or bring back old estimates to modify.  And yes, you can always start from scratch, and still build estimates as fast as other estimating systems.
